At GregBiffle.com, we take pride in delivering quality products to our fans. Due to the limited nature of many of our items, all sales are final.

Returns will only be accepted if the item was shipped incorrectly.
This includes receiving the wrong item, size, or product variant than what was originally ordered.

If you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gbiffleinc@gmail.com, including your order number and a clear photo of the item received. We’ll review the issue and provide return instructions if applicable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • General dissatisfaction

1. Eligibility

The Greg Biffle Inc “Triple B 100 Experience” Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Greg Biffle Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2.  Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a Trip for Two (2) to attend the Triple B 100 Race Event in Western North Carolina, including:

  • Airfare for Two (2): Round-trip coach-class airfare for the winner and one (1) guest, booked by Greg Biffle Inc or its authorized travel agency. Flight will leave Friday December 5th and return December 7th, 2025. 
  • Hotel Accommodations: Two (2) nights standard hotel room (double occupancy; 2 queen beds or 1 king bed). Winner responsible for having credit card for incidentals at hotel for liability purposes. Hotel will be within 30 minutes of the Triple B Ranch. 
  • Car Rental Credit: Up to $200 total toward a two-day rental vehicle (must be rented in winner’s name and on winner’s credit card; winner responsible for deposit, additional charges, fuel, tolls, insurance, or damages).
  • Race Experience: Attendance to the Triple B 100 on Saturday, including meet-and-greet access with Greg Biffle and the opportunity to enjoy local attractions in Western North Carolina. Race takes place on December 6th, 2025.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $7500
All prizes are awarded “AS IS.” No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Greg Biffle Inc.



3. How to Enter

Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry for every $5 purchase made during the Giveaway period. All entries must be received by October 31, 2025 at 11:59:59PM. The entry giveaway deadline is governed by receipt time of order. Entries include total purchase before sales tax and fees.

To enter without making a purchase, legibly hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and valid email address on a 3”x5” card and mail it in a standard envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 30, 2025 and received by November 4, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Multiple entries must be submitted separately.



4. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner plus a guest will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Greg Biffle Inc or its authorized representative from all eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or telephone within five (5) business days of the drawing date. 

The selected winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time frame, inability to verify eligibility, or failure to execute required documentation will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. If no phone number or email address is provided on receipt during check-out process, Greg Biffle Inc. will be unable to contact. Greg Biffle Inc. will do it’s best to find winner by multiple attempts however, if unable to do so, another winner will be selected. 


5. Travel Terms and Conditions

Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary as designated by Greg Biffle Inc. If the winner is unable to travel on the designated dates for any reason, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no alternate prize or compensation will be provided.

All travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor’s designated travel agent. Once booked, no changes are permitted. Winner and guest are solely responsible for complying with all travel requirements, including valid government-issued identification, credit card for rental car authorization, and adherence to airline, hotel, and event policies.


6. Release, Waiver, and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Greg Biffle Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to participation in this Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

  • Technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or printing errors;
  • Travel delays, event cancellations, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond their control;
  • Winner’s inability or unwillingness to participate or attend the event for any reason;
  • Any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property related to participation or use of the prize.

The winner assumes all risk related to travel and participation in the event.


7. Disputes, Arbitration, and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, by participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree that:

  • Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or the prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules.
  • The venue for arbitration shall be Iredell County, North Carolina.
  • The laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, shall govern all matters relating to this Giveaway.
  • In no event shall any entrant be entitled to obtain injunctive or other equitable relief beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses (excluding attorneys’ fees), and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.


8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to complete and return a Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) before prize delivery.


9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent for Greg Biffle Inc to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, statements, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration. The Triple B 100 will be filmed and live-streamed and winner grants permission to use their face and guests face on social media platforms and publications. 


10. Force Majeure

In the event the Giveaway or any prize-related event is delayed, canceled, or otherwise affected by events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, public health emergencies, or government restrictions, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway or substitute an alternative prize of comparable value.
